Sales Representative
CCS Mid Atlantic is seeking Outside Sales representatives.  The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years sales experience with Corporate, Education or Government sectors.  We are recruiting for our Richmond, Virginia Office.  The Territory of coverage  would be the Fredericksburg - Richmond area.  This is a full time position with an excellent benefits package.    This position focuses on design and installation of Audio Visual integration systems, enhancing customer product knowledge, generating new sales opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.   .   This position requires a professional, self-directed, energetic person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be able to work independently as well as with other members of the Sales Team, Installation Team and Operations Team.

Part-Time Service Administrator
CCS Mid Atlantic has an opening for a Part-time  (25 hours per week) Service Administrator.  This person assists the Project Manager in handling incoming service calls, scheduling appointments, and keeping records of all service issues.  The position also covers equipment rentals and monitoring all demo equipment.  Further administrative duties include answering phones, pre/post installation customer contact and assisting with installation documentation.  The successful candidate must be professional, highly customer service and detail oriented and be very dependable.  Must have reliable transportation.  Must be fluent in Microsoft Windows Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.  Experience with Quick Books will be considered a plus.  This is an hourly position and has the potential to become a full-time position within the next 6-12 months.

Installer Level 1 and 2
CCS Mid Atlantic is seeking entry level and mid-level installers.  Installers will be responsible for all cabling as required for the installation of audio visual systems, proper termination, testing and verification prior to equipment hookup as well as the installation of speakers, projectors and screens as job scope requires.  Candidates must have their own basic tools, clean driving record and reliable transportation.  Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills a requirement.  Experienced Level 2 Installer must be CTS Certified, have 3-years minimum experience in Commercial installation, strong computer skills and be very detail oriented.  Familiarity/experience  with Crestron, Extron or AMX,  VTC knowledge (Polycom/Tandberg) and Audio-DSP configuration are highly desirable.  Lutron Commercial lighting control and creating/maintaining Gantt Charts will be considered a plus.  Send resume and salary requirements to mkorba@ccsprojects.com.
