Director of Integrations
Summary Directs, administers, and coordinates the activities of the Integration department in support of policies, goals, and objectives by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Directs the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on corporate goals and growth objectives for department. Oversees subordinate supervisors who direct department activities and programs that implement the department’s goals and objectives. Creates the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization's current activities and its projected growth. Maintains a sound plan of department organization, establishing policies to ensure adequate management development and to provide for capable management succession.
Develops and installs procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow within the department. Supervises design of reports to assist in the smooth and efficient flow of information.
Evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the president and chief executive officer. Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood. Ensures that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises four integration managers of each office. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience: Master's degree M. A.) or equivalent preferred; or seven to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Senior/Lead Installer
CCS Presentation Systems, the nation’s leading provider of commercial audio/visual solutions in both the business and education markets has experienced explosive growth and is seeking Senior/Lead Installers who are interested in being a part of our service oriented team. Duties include but are not limited to:
Oversee the work of other installers and monitor job quality and conformity to drawings.
Interface with customers, sometimes at the senior management level.
Work effectively as a team player with internal customers.
Allocate labor and other company resources as needed.
Schedule jobs and assure jobs are completed on time.
Timely completion of paperwork to facilitate invoicing the completed job.
Plan jobs and assist in design and bidding.
Maintain control of all company property and ensures that equipment is maintained in safe operating condition at all times.
Project management.
Assist with inventory control.
Requirements:
Five or more years prior experience installing commercial audio/visual equipment including LCD/DLP Projectors, Plasma/LCD Monitors, commercial audio equipment, Video/Audio Teleconferencing Equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must pass background and drug screens.
Capable of working 40 plus hours per week.
Experience with AMX, Crestron, and Extron control systems including dumping and troubleshooting code. Programming experience is a plus.
High School diploma or equivalent as a minimum. Relevant college, technical, or military training is preferred.
Possess a valid Texas driver’s license and have an excellent driving record.
They will also have experience as a manager overseeing a team of at least two installation techs. Experience in system design is a plus.
5+ years experience Audio/Visual System troubleshooting.
Strong worth ethic, professional attitude and outstanding communication skills.
