I want to apologize for not writing this sooner. I have been meaning to send a note of appreciation to you for some time. On behalf of the PN 2 Team – now TMC, I want to thank you for your technical knowledge and expertise as well as the excellent (above and beyond) customer service we get from CCS. One of the things I appreciate most is that you are always willing to go the extra mile (how many projector cables have you given me, not to mention the replacement remotes as they continue to walk away) and ensure that we have the right equipment for our needs. You are never trying to sell us something that will not meet our needs next week, next month, or next year. Partnering with you Paul, and your team has been one of the best strategies we have adopted here at Topfer Manufacturing Center. Thank you for ensuring that we are successful. I appreciate you, your technicians and the entire team at CCS.

I wanted to send you a special letter on how I have been treated by your CCS in the last few years. I have been an IT Manager for over 26 years and have used quite a few Presentation companies to install equipment, BUT since I have been using CCS in the last 4+ years I have NEVER been treated better. Alex Guajardo and Barbara Schneider has been there for us whenever we needed them and has worked with us with no problems. They always return their phone calls in the same day, which is hard to find now a days. They have great personalities and jump through hoops to make the customer satisfied. We have installed a projection system in over 5 rooms and will continue using CCS, because of them and the service you provide. We are in the midst of building 3 new plants as we speak and we will be using CCS to install presentation equipment in all plants as well. Again, thank you for having such exceptional professional employees working for CCS. I consider our relationship with CCS a long and prosperous one as long as you have people like Alex and Barbara working with us. Thank you again for having a great crew and reliable equipment.

The recent Multimedia System consulting, design and installation for TXI’s training facility was a complete success. Over the years, TXI has used several vendors for multimedia solutions. CCS service in this area exceeded our expectations. The system was delivered on time and performed as specified. As expected, unknown issues were properly addressed. A very professional installation that produced positive training results for the company. Be assured, TXI will be utilizing CCS for future multimedia systems and service.
