Thank you for sending two driven men to put in our system. They came prepared and worked with a focus, no nonsense attitude. It was refreshing to see. The lead Technician kept me informed all along the way. They put everything back in it’s place when done and provided some very concise operational tips before leaving (also appreciated). The physical installation was done quickly without sacrificing quality – another notable point.

I wanted to drop you a quick note on your performance since we changed our sourcing process for projectors. To be honest, I really didn’t believe that the switch from a very manual purchase order/order entry process to the Ariba catalog pass through process via Epson and InFocus could be seamless, but it has. In fact, it has improved. Your designation as our sole source for all projects, including related services and installation, has allowed multiple sectors within Motorola a common resource for their projector needs, while allowing me the opportunity to decrease my time spent managing multiple suppliers. I expect you to keep up the good work, as measured by me from customer feedback and the other supplier performance metrics CCS has earned in service and delivery over the last years. I also expect to continue and possibly expand this relation to other regions, with your guidance and support.

From a sound point of view when one of the installers was out, he was one of those who was critical in placement. In fact, I still remember meeting when we were planning that they were going to cut into the clouds to put the speakers in and he did just a fantastic job. We had our preacher that was more or less giving his review of the project and during our big dedication pot luck I just walked around the whole outside of the room just listening and it balanced just beautifully. It was just great, they really, really, really did a good job...
