We use CCS not only for the corporate office but every campus has 52 classrooms so every campus has a projection system in it, every campus has a lobby with audio visual systems some have three some have five displays we have 180 field reps in the field who all use projectors and we are constantly giving presentations to high schools and students its very important that the equipment be very reliable. The last thing you want to do is show up at a school to do a presentation and not have a projector that works.  I was looking at the organization, what makes sense for us and really the idea was, can I save money? I went over to CCS and I met with John and I met with Rob and some other people and when I walked out of there what I realized is that CCS is about quality and not being a vendor, they want to be a partner and that relationship has grown and grown over the course of many years. I can honestly say I have had many vendors over and over, everybody has a better price but nobody can make the partnership, I cant tell you what it’s like to call (CCS) and say I need this done and know that when I specify it out and get the proposal completed that its going to be done right and they are going to do it without being intrusive to the business.

I think CCS has done very well, certainly the best of the authorized sellers of products in Tucson.  They far and away do a much better job at providing solutions than other places do, we’ve used CCS before in the past and we’ll continue to use them in the future.  CCS is very accessible and they don’t try to sell me stuff that I don’t want which is very important because the AV multimedia game that can be like a black hole, everybody tries to sell you stuff, people have their own contracts they work with and CCS has been very straight forward, upfront, and very helpful.  We’ve had a good history with CCS, I know the phone number off the top of my head that should say something about the quality of the company right?

Any time we have a new project and need installation I go to CCS.  We are a private school and a non for profit so we are the caretakers of our own finances, I’ve never felt CCS has tried to take advantage of the amount we will pay for a product.  I think it’s a major part of why I come back to CCS and why I trust them with my projects, this school has a lot of ideas some of them pan out and some of them don’t and when they do pan out the school wants to move on them quickly and I need a vendor that understands that and works with me the best they can.  They’re a full service vendor they provide service, purchasing, installation and they do quality work and I trust them. When I come to them with a project I know they will be honest with me and be forthright.  I know at the end they will do their best to make the product look good, with all those aspects coming together I don’t think you can ask for more in a vendor”

The customer service I have received has been outstanding, another facility had some issues with their magic box system, CCS helped us contact the magic box people they then emailed us some software we did some updates and they got us up running, they’ve been fantastic.  Its very easy for us to work with CCS as far as facilitating anything we need because CCS is on state contract, it is easy for us to manage that through our purchasing department, I’ve always been very happy with the level of service we’ve received on projects that we’ve done.  Construction took almost a year longer than we had anticipated but by the time we were ready to open all (CCS’) stuff was already in and installed, it was perfect.

We had a deadline of August 17th or 18th for our first board meeting and CCS was here not just everyday but multiple times each day.  They were on the spot ready to troubleshoot any of our problems, they even came to our first board meeting to make sure that what needed to happen did happen! They were here all the time and they were beyond a ten with their work ethic and their accessibility.  This project would not have happened if it were not for CCS, overall it was a great service provided and I don’t see why we wouldn’t work with CCS again.
