We were just in need of having some kind of new presentation capability, the governing board room is used heavily for all types of training seminars/sessions so there was a need.  CCS’ attention to detail, they are really good at giving us a heads up about their schedule. Summer is their busiest time there are a lot of school districts in southern Arizona and CCS tries to make sure we have our needs met.  They are really good at giving us a heads up and making sure they can fit us in with all the other school districts so they juggle and balance all the different needs they have, but they always drop by and show us the new things, CCS makes us aware of what we can do to make the projects fit in the timelines.  In working with CCS from John Godbout and down that’s always been the key thing, I think they have always tried to make things right for K-12 and that’s what I feel that CCS always cares about K-12 and making a difference for K-12. I know they have other entities they deal with.  They’ve supported us from the Azti conferences all the way up so I feel they are really invested in education. We continue to work with CCS and that should be proof enough that we will continue to work with CCS.

In the boardroom itself we needed a system that was automated and that would allow us to present a much better product for our board meetings. In the past in the board meetings the participants couldn’t interact with what was going on but now they can. Everything worked out well, anytime we had any issues they would come right back out and take care of them, the project was done on time and within the budget we put forth. We have worked with CCS several times, they are very professional and meet all the needs we have. CCS is very responsive, I think the process in which they do their planning, the process in which they show you their plans is very professional. The people they had installing everything were very professional the project manager had everything in on time.
