I chose the flat screen plasma because the screen had to be big enough to see, but not so big that it would be intrusive to the other diners. CCS walked me through the whole process – right down to climbing on the bar with me to see exactly how it would look from every conceivable angle. CCS arranged every aspect of the installation. They wanted the job done right as much as I did and went the extra yard for me. We’re renovating our private dining area and I’m calling CCS first for the audio/visual equipment. There’s no doubt about it.

At Catholic Healthcare West, we use projectors primarily for general staff meetings, training, and vendor demonstrations in our conference rooms. By using a projector in a meeting, you’re able to WOW your audience and communicate whatever you’re working on more effectively. In the past we have used other projectors, but the ones purchased from CCS are considerably smaller. We just plug the projector into the laptop, plug the laptop into the wall, and we’re set to go. It has made life much easier. When the information you’re presenting can be shared by all, you’re creating an atmosphere of total interactivity and that makes meetings a whole lot more productive. Some of our projectors were purchased several years ago and were in need for service. CCS has met all of our service needs. They respond very quickly – often within the same day!

We are a statewide trade association for hospitals but it’s very difficult for members in Tucson and Flagstaff to attend all of the meetings. We knew if we wanted greater participation, we’d have to offer them teleconferencing. CCS designed everything to be operated from the front of the room. We can dial phones, turn on projectors, switch between DVDs or VCRs. Additionally, they installed a DVR player/recorder and a sound mixer - all controlled by a panel in the back of the conference room. Now we can record a meeting, burn it to a DVD and send it out or keep it at as a permanent record. CCS really thought of everything. The quality and service was outstanding! Knowing CCS was available whenever we needed them, was worth a lot to us.

To forecast energy usage, we need to correlate years of weather and climatic statistics in 15-minute intervals. In our Clipper Cove room, CCS installed three 50” plasma screens with SmartBoard overlays allowing us to draw, make notes and manage data on the screens and save it on a computer. In addition to the SmartBoard overlays, CCS came up with the idea of using Wall Talker that essentially turns all of the walls into white boards. Now we can make notes or draw diagrams on the walls - all the way around the room. We can now surround ourselves with all the information we need to make the most accurate prediction of energy usage possible. CCS has been a phenomenal partner with us. Their attention to detail was amazing! The technology CCS provided allows us to more effectively communicate. CCS has made our dream come to life.
