I would work with CCS in the future, I've had experience with CCS since 1996 with installs.  I've known Doug and the other guys here for quite a long time, we've got a great working relationship, I was very happy!

Any time we have a new project and need installation I go to CCS.  We are a private school and a non for profit so we are the caretakers of our own finances, I’ve never felt CCS has tried to take advantage of the amount we will pay for a product.  I think it’s a major part of why I come back to CCS and why I trust them with my projects, this school has a lot of ideas some of them pan out and some of them don’t and when they do pan out the school wants to move on them quickly and I need a vendor that understands that and works with me the best they can.  They’re a full service vendor they provide service, purchasing, installation and they do quality work and I trust them. When I come to them with a project I know they will be honest with me and be forthright.  I know at the end they will do their best to make the product look good, with all those aspects coming together I don’t think you can ask for more in a vendor”

The scope of the project was more free form and we were looking for direction on what it could be and in the end it ultimately came down to being directed based on a set specific use of video art that was going to go on the plasmas.  It was a very, very quick turnaround time (about 3 or 4 weeks) and initially some members of the team didn’t think it could be done but everybody pulled together and got it done for the event that was to be hosted by President Crow.  They didn’t let me down, they stepped up to the plate as they said they would in the in the beginning way back when, when we first did our first round of proposals for the original project, they delivered to what they presented.  It was fabulous, they (CCS) were given a very short turn around time from the point we started until they point it needed to be completed and put on the wall, there was no other way to describe it other than fabulous!

“Our previous audio/visual system had been in place for about 10 years and there were dead spots all over the stadium. The audio clarity at the south end was marginal and fans couldn’t understand what was going on. We were having trouble selling advertising because the voice-overs were garbled and unintelligible. We were losing money because advertising represents one-third of our revenue, so upgrading the sound system was a worthwhile investment. CCS installed a row of speakers above the skyboxes, with additional speakers and video monitors under each overhang. Now the overall sound quality is excellent and you can see the scoreboard from any seat in the stadium. We are on a tight timeline. We were trying to do a four-month job in about six weeks, and CCS did it! They went above and beyond and got the work done for our opening game. That was impressive! The whole experience has been a very positive one.”
