Once of the nice things about it was CCS was very interactive with us, even though they won the bid and were awarded the contract there were many elements of the design that had a lot of questions. They were very interactive with us as the client and didn't make any assumptions in their design interpretations, which was really good because we received what we paid for. I've had some bad interactions with other companies, these guys were good.

We use CCS not only for the corporate office but every campus has 52 classrooms so every campus has a projection system in it, every campus has a lobby with audio visual systems some have three some have five displays we have 180 field reps in the field who all use projectors and we are constantly giving presentations to high schools and students its very important that the equipment be very reliable. The last thing you want to do is show up at a school to do a presentation and not have a projector that works.  I was looking at the organization, what makes sense for us and really the idea was, can I save money? I went over to CCS and I met with John and I met with Rob and some other people and when I walked out of there what I realized is that CCS is about quality and not being a vendor, they want to be a partner and that relationship has grown and grown over the course of many years. I can honestly say I have had many vendors over and over, everybody has a better price but nobody can make the partnership, I cant tell you what it’s like to call (CCS) and say I need this done and know that when I specify it out and get the proposal completed that its going to be done right and they are going to do it without being intrusive to the business.

CCS designed our main dining room so that from one chair you can watch up to nine events, just by turning your head – and the smallest screen is 42 inches. You can imagine what that’s like during football season. CCS designed the control system to give us access to 13 different events at a time and even though the installation and the switching equipment was extremely complicated, the installation was very smooth. We have plans for four and we committed to CCS being our only supplier for all of them.

The equipment CCS provided helps us attract more of the community and engage them in a positive way that will improve their lives.  CCS mounted a ceiling projector in the center so it can be used in several of the rooms depending on how they’re configured. We now have the capability to present to classes of up to 120 people – more than we ever could without the technology CCS provided.
