Guests of Casino Arizona have been asking for a bingo facility for a long time, according to its management. So in November 2012, the new bingo hall at Casino Arizona in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community officially opened to welcome bingo enthusiasts from all over the country.

The 26,000 sq-ft. multi-use bingo hall room is primarily used for bingo, and is also being used for large events. Construction firm Kitchell Corporation helped build the hall, along with Seaver Franks Architects which detailed work on the design and outline. CCS Presentation Systems AZ helped outfit the audio-visual solution that brought the whole room together. Capacity is 1,000.

Over a period of 18 months, CCS worked with the Casino AZ staff and Seavers Franks to incorporate the technology and other audio-visual displays that will help make bingo scoring more efficient to the large numbers of players in the room at any given time.bingo hall

The design in the bingo hall entails several video walls and large video displays, with the focal point being a 4-sided scoreboard style video in the middle of the room. Overall, CCS Presentation Systems installed 12 video wall displays in the space.

One of the unique features of the install is that the main room video unit retracts into the ceiling, while allowing for a mirror ball that retracts from the bottom of the unit. All of the displays are capable of displaying digital signage, live broadcast content or statistics from the bingo game underway.

The sound system is unparalleled in the greater Phoenix metro valley for this Arizona gaming venue. The sound system is used for calling the numbers for the bingo game, as well as for supporting the requirements of the high powered music and club sound of the ‘L8Nite’ bingo games. There are16 wireless microphones for use by bingo game callers and referees, transmitting to 32 full-range speakers along the high ceiling. In addition, during the late night bingo session, there are 12 high-powered sub woofers turned up for extra volume.casino lighting, CCS Presentation

The lighting package is also unique. During the day, the room is run with normal or daytime configurations, and can be sub-divided into 4 separate spaces for meetings or conference opportunities. Late at night though when the chandelier lights go down, special lighting systems come up and the room is transformed into a high-tech bingo club, along with light paint techniques, lasers, robotic light fixtures, black lights, strobes and atmosphere machines. There is a DJ station and the games play well into the evening.

Casino Arizona’s new bingo hall is truly a fantastic place to spend a weekday or weekend evening having fun and playing the letters. The hall offers great food and drinks, and there are digital screen TVs throughout the bingo hall for when you’re taking a break from the action.

Expand Your World Beyond Your Physical Walls!

Every job is custom, but most corporate clients are interested in a variety of presentation systems including projectors, projection screens, large-format flat panel displays and high definition video conferencing. Additionally, CCS has the ability to integrate a room control system to provide total control over your audiovisual components.
